These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Qvintos platform, including all features, tools, and services made available by Qvintos AB. Please read them carefully before using the platform. By accessing Qvintos, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Qvintos platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy.
If you are using Qvintos on behalf of an organisation or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to that entity.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
Qvintos is a construction intelligence platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyse construction drawings, technical documents, and project files. The platform extracts quantities, measurements, and structured data from uploaded files and provides tools for takeoff, cost estimation, procurement, and document management.
Qvintos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes in advance.
We aim to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, or technical issues may result in temporary unavailability. Qvintos will not be liable for any loss arising from platform downtime.
To use Qvintos, you must create an account using a valid email address or an approved SSO provider (Microsoft or Google). During early access, accounts may additionally require a valid invitation code.
Qvintos reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are involved in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.
You agree to use the Qvintos platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use as a construction intelligence tool.
You retain full ownership of all files, drawings, documents, and data you upload to the Qvintos platform. By uploading content, you grant Qvintos a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the platform's services to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any files you submit to the platform, including drawings or documents that may belong to third parties such as architects, consultants, or clients.
The Qvintos platform, including its software, AI models, algorithms, interface design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Qvintos AB and protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of Qvintos intellectual property to you. Your use of the platform does not grant you any licence to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Qvintos software or content.
Outputs generated by Qvintos from your uploaded files — such as quantity takeoffs, area calculations, cost estimates, and reports — are yours to use for your professional and commercial purposes. You retain the right to use, share, and rely on these outputs in your construction projects.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the platform, you grant Qvintos the right to use that feedback without obligation or compensation. We appreciate every piece of input that helps us improve.
Qvintos uses artificial intelligence to analyse construction drawings and extract measurements, quantities, and structured data. While we benchmark our AI rigorously — achieving 99.98% accuracy in controlled tests against industry-standard tools — AI outputs are not infallible and must be treated as decision-support tools, not substitutes for professional judgement.
Qvintos provides confidence indicators and traceability information for all AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing flagged or low-confidence extractions and making appropriate professional assessments.
During the early access phase, Qvintos may be provided at no charge or under a pilot agreement. Commercial pricing will be introduced for standard and enterprise plans, and you will be notified in advance before any charges apply to your account.
When commercial plans are introduced, fees will be invoiced in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. You agree to keep your billing information current and accurate.
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable Swedish or EU consumer protection law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at hello@qvintos.com within 14 days of the charge.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Qvintos reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to active paid subscribers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qvintos AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of contracts, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Qvintos in the twelve months preceding the claim, or SEK 5,000 if no fees have been paid.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Swedish or EU law.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@qvintos.com. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be scheduled for deletion in accordance with our data retention policy.
Qvintos may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:
Upon termination by either party, provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
Qvintos AB is the data controller for personal data processed through the platform. We are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish data protection law.
Our full Privacy Policy describes in detail how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
Qvintos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and display a prominent notice within the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform before the changes take effect and may terminate your account at no penalty.
The version history of these terms will be made available on request. The current version is always the version published at qvintos.com/terms.
